By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

## 1. Description of the Service

- OneDot is a web-based application that allows users to generate visual wallpapers based on the concept of time representation, such as “your life in weeks,” days, or months.
- The output is a visual grid (e.g., dots or shapes) intended for personal, aesthetic, and reflective use.
- The Service is not a medical, psychological, or life-planning tool.

## 2. Eligibility

- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

## 3. Accounts and Authentication

You may use the Service via:

- Email authentication
- Google authentication

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.
- You agree not to misuse or attempt to access accounts that are not yours.

## 4. Free Tier and Pro Tier

### 4.1 Free Tier

The free version of the Service includes:

- Access to basic wallpaper generation features
- Limited customization options
- Branding may be present
- Feature limits determined by the Service at our discretion

The free tier may change over time.

### 4.2 Pro Tier (Paid)

The Pro tier is offered as a one-time payment and unlocks premium features, which may include:

- Advanced customization (themes, layouts, shapes)
- Additional time groupings (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)
- Removal of branding
- Multi-device usage limits
- Other premium features as described at the time of purchase

The Premium Lifetime tier grants access, not ownership of the Service or its underlying technology. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product/service, not the user's lifetime. If the Service is discontinued, access may terminate.

## 5. Payments and Refunds

- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- We do not store payment details.
- Prices are shown before purchase and may change for future users.

### Refunds

Unless required by applicable law:

- One-time Pro purchases are non-refundable
- Refunds may be granted at our discretion in exceptional cases

If you are located in the EU, your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

## 6. Intellectual Property

- The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and visual systems, is owned by us.
- Wallpapers generated by the Service may be used for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

- Resell generated wallpapers
- Use them as part of a competing product
- Reverse-engineer or copy the Service

We retain all rights not explicitly granted to you.

## 7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to overload the Service
- Use automated systems to scrape or generate excessive content
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

## 8. Availability and Changes

- The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
- We are not liable for interruptions or data loss.
